Each party to this Agreement submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts sitting in the County of Summit in the State of Ohio, and waives any jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenient forum objections to such courts. In any action to enforce this Agreement, the prevailing party will be entitled to costs and attorneys' fees. In the event that any of the provisions of this Agreement are held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable, such provisions shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this Agreement shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties hereto pertaining to the subject matter hereof, and any and all written or oral agreements heretofore existing between the parties hereto are expressly canceled. Switchcars, Inc. may modify the terms of this Agreement by posting notice of such modification on a page of the Site entitled "Legal Notices" or "Legal Information" (or similar title) before the modification takes effect.

5. Fees

Please inquire directly to SwitchCars management for a schedule of fees.

All deposits are non-refundable, unless otherwise noted in writing and signed by Switchcars management.

The balance of all fees is due at the time of vehicle sale, not at time of delivery. If fees are not paid within 7 days of vehicle sale or 30 days of other services rendered, SwitchCars retains the right to cancel the sale, or charge the balance of fees for services rendered to customer's credit card on file. If no credit card is available or credit card on file is declined, the balance will be remitted to collections.

6. Licensure

Switchcars.com is an advertising website only. All vehicles listed on Switchcars.com are either owned by or consigned to Switchcars, Inc., Ohio License # UD019535, or otherwise listed with permission of the current owner.

All products and services offered on Switchcars.com are provided by independent companies, including, but not limited to, Switchcars, Inc. and Luxury Consulting, LLC. Switchcars.com and its owners cannot be held liable for any claims arising out of any transactions initiated on this website.
