Vehicle Description

Today we are offering a beautiful, low mileage, no-stories, all-original-except-the-Sharkwerks-bypass orange GT3 RS, one of just 45 North American pumpkins for 2008 (we say "just" - the orange was the most popular color when sold new, but the numbers are still small especially when compared to modern GT production).

The car has two previous owners, with the most recent caretaker having purchased it in 2014. All maintenance records from his ownership are included, along with the original window sticker, Certificate of Authenticity which verifies matching-numbers engine and transmission, all books and two keys.

The DME shows zero overrevs in all ranges and an average speed of 35mph. The paint meters out perfectly and the original paint shows very clean, having previously been protected by clear film which was recently removed.

The only nuance that I can find with this car, and it's worth mentioning just because it's fun to bicker about, is that the window sticker lists "Thicker Steering Wheel - Leather" but the Certificate of Authenticity does not - so which one do we believe? Given that the standard Alcantara wheel is on the car, my guess is that it was a misprint on the window sticker, or it was an option changed at the last minute.

It has benefitted from a recent major service including oil, brake fluid, and gearbox oil, all filters, spark plugs, (4) ignition coils replaced (don't ask me why they skipped the last two, because I don't know, other than they didn't need to be replaced based on a visual inspection), new Michelin Pilot 4S tires, new TPMS sensors, new front spoiler lip and lower side rockers.

The car is mechanically solid, cosmetically fresh, and ready for the new owner.
