1997 Ferrari 550 Maranello

Check out this beautifully-specified European 1997 Ferrari 550 Maranello. This car is finished in Nero Carbonio and is believed to be the only Ferrari 550 produced in this color. According to our sources, there were none in this color for the USA and no other ones have been identified worldwide. 

This particular car was delivered new to Switzerland and was recently purchased by a Ferrari collector from his friend via Touring Garage AG in Switzerland. It was imported to the USA via the 25-year EPA/DOT exemption so there were no modifications required to make it legal in the USA. It is titled free and clear in Ohio. It has a complete tool kit, books, stamped maintenance booklet, two keys and fobs including the red master fob, fix-a-flat kit, and roadside hazard kit. 

The car received a new engine from Ferrari in 2003, and has received regular schedule mainteance since then, including a full major service with timing belts, tensioners, spark plugs, fluids, and filters in November 2022. At that time the sticky interior trim pieces were refinished and/or replaced as necessary, and the car received a comprehensive detailing and ceramic coating. It is a fresh set of rubber away from being ready to enjoy by the new owner.
