2010 Porsche 911 GT3

We are pleased to present this Arctic Silver 2010 Porsche GT3. We just purchased this car from the original owner who serviced the car regularly at Porsche of Beverly Hills. (The Carfax is incorrect regarding the number of owners - it was originally leased by the first owner who then bought it off-lease. We have verified this with the owner and the dealer who serviced the car).  The car is completely stock and in original condition. The interior shows very little wear, and the seats and Alcantara are in excellent condition with no appreciable wear on the normal areas like the driver's bolster and the shift knob.
The Arctic Silver paint shows very well, with minimal flaws limited to minor chips consistent with the mileage; no excessive chipping or evidence of track use is present. The paint is all original as measure with a paintmeter with the exception of the passenger side door. No bodywork has been done on the car, and it has a clean Carfax verifying the accident-free history.
Prior to our purchase the owner had the full 24k mile service done, including all fluids, drive belts, and spark plugs. The car also had a multi-point inspection performed by the Porsche dealer with no issues. It has a clean ECU readout with only 10 ignitions in range one, and zero in range 2-6. Tires, brakes, and other consumables are within spec. We just performed an annual service; the car needs absolutely nothing and is ready for the new owner to enjoy.
The car is complete with all tools, books, and 2 keys.
