This 2008 Shelby GT500 KR came to us on trade from a large Shelby collection. It has 360 actual, original miles. It is perfect, as to be expected for the collector mileage. It is quote-unquote in the wrapper, as all the plastic on the interior pieces is still on the car, and the books and key fobs have not been unwrapped either. With only 1000 of these made, this is a great car to add to any Shelby collection. Below is the info on the KR model, credits to Car and Driver magazine:

In 1967, the New York auto show played host to the launch of the original GT500KR, a version of the Shelby Mustang powered by a 428-cubic-inch Cobra Jet V-8 rated at 335 horsepower. With the '08 model's supercharged 5.4-liter V-8 underhood wearing a Ford Racing Power Upgrade Pack (revised ignition timing and throttle calibration, plus a cold-air intake), the 2008 KR outdoes its predecessor by 205 horsepower—a margin greater than the entire output of some V-8 Mustangs of the 1980s—with 540. That herd travels rearward through a six-speed manual with a short-throw shifter to a shorter 3.73:1 rear end (stock is 3.31:1) for quicker giddyap, while snorts and whinnies get an extra edge from a revised exhaust system. The King knows that some of its subjects wind and dip, so the GT500KR gets a unique Ford Racing suspension tune. The production Shelby GT500 was maximized to deliver the perfect balance between ride and handling, says Jamal Hameedi, chief nameplate engineer, Ford SVT. In that same ride-versus-handling continuum, the KR will lean heavier toward all-out handling while still making it drivable on the street. Beyond the yawning hood vents and racing stripes already in place on lesser GT500s, the GT500KR gets the signature hood, reminiscent of the original KR, in carbon fiber with two forward-looking mail slots at the leading edge of the hood feeding the blown 5.4's appetite for air and twist-down hood pins for a more secure racer flair. The stick-through pins on the Shelby GT we tested recently actually vibrated out of their posts on rough roads. The Cobra badges in the grille and on the fenders add wings proclaiming them as the badges of not just any Shelby Mustang but the 40th-anniversary GT500KR. Rocker stripes on the Shelby mimic those on the original car, right down to the typeface used for the lettering. The Triton engine uses four valves per cylinder (versus three in the iron-block truck version) and the cylinder heads from the Ford GT, which has an aluminum block.

2014 Shelby GT500 Coupe in Oxford White with Black stripes. This car has only 11000 miles and is in excellent condition inside and out. It is all up-to-date on service, having just received a fresh checkover and oil/filter change.
As if the factory 662bhp wasn't enough, a previous owner added a Kenne Bell supercharger and pulley setup, McLeod HD 1200hp-rated clutch, American Racing Longtube headers and cat-delete H-pipe, and a SCT tune to dial in the modifications. With these upgrades it's putting down a whopping 796hp to the rear wheels! To help put that power to the ground, we just installed new Continental Extreme Contact Sport tires all around, and went to a wider 305 rear tire for that extra grip.
The condition is top-notch on the exterior, interior, and underside. The exterior paint is very clean with no dings or notable blemishes. The interior leather is in beautiful condition, has never been smoked in, and shows no appreciable wear. Underneath the car is dry and shows no leaks or corrosion. Overall the car is in gorgeous shape both mechanically and cosmetically, and a clean Carfax confirms the history and mileage.
The car comes with all books and two keys.

Factory Options:
3.31 Ratio Limited Slip Axle
Over-the-top Racing Stripe
SVT Track Package
Electronics Package w/Navigation
Low Gloss Black Tape Stripe

This 1955 Ford Thunderbird was completely refurbished in the late 1980s and is finished in beautiful black lacquer with re-plated chrome moldings and bumpers. Everything shines with a better-than-factory luster and the paint displays the lines of the car well. This car has the original fiberglass auxiliary hardtop, but still retains the black fabric folding top and a black vinyl snap-in tonneau cover. This car is also equipped with skirted rear fenders in chrome, forward raked headlamp guards, push-button door handles, and front and rear bullet-style bumper guards with an amazing sounding dual exit exhaust. One aftermarket item on this car is the so-called Continental Kit, which mounts the spare tire on elongated rear bumper extensions. This was well installed so it is easily reversible depending on taste. The interior was entirely refinished in “Code A” black and white vinyl in the correct pattern and high-quality cut and sew. The interior features a two-person manual bench seat, original nylon loop carpeting, a 17-inch plastic and chrome telescoping steering wheel, the original Town & Country AM radio, and a heater/defroster.

This Thunderbird is fitted with its original OHV special 90-degree V8 providing 292 Cubic Inches of displacement and 192BHP. It is inducted by a 4-bbl Holley carburetor with a chrome-plated oil-bath air cleaner. The engine is coupled by a 3 speed manual with an automatic planetary 4th-speed overdrive gear with a separate t-handle control. Following this is a Hotchkiss drive shaft spinning a 3.92 hypoid differential. This first-gen bird is an excellent, rust-free, meticulously refurbished and maintained example that any collector would be proud to own.
