Now available is this lower mileage and very original 1996 Porsche 911 Carrera 4 all wheel drive coupe with a 6-speed manual gearbox. It is finished in black/black and while it does show some blemishes, it appears to be a very original and unmodified car. The service book is stamped and the car has a clean Carfax. This is a great 1996 993 C4S that has come to us from the longtime sceond owner. It was originally purchased from Holtz House of Vehicles, a Porsche dealership in Rochester, by Joel Reiser, who is a well known Porsche specialist in that area. He sold it to the current owner after putting just 5000 miles on the car. He continued to maintain the vehicle for the buyer, who also had routine service performed at the local Porsche dealer. The car has always been garaged, and has never been driven in the winter. It is all original paint as verified with a paintmeter, and comes with a clean Carfax report. The car is largely stock with a few minor improvements. The owner had a Sony bluetooth radio installed and kept the factory unit for anyone who wishes to put it back to original. Joel Reiser also set up the alignment and installed lowering springs. The factory springs are included. Lastly, the owner had B&B mufflers installed for an improved exhaust note - the originals are included.
All service is up-to-date, and preventive maintenance has been performed along the way, including a steering rack replacement to address a fairly common leaky rack on these cars, a major air conditioning system service, and new valve cover gaskets. The car just had a major service performed in preparation for sale, and the receipt can be viewed in the documents section on our website. 
Included with the car are the original window sticker, two keys (one OEM, one replacement key/fob combo), books, spare tire, jack, air compressor, complete tool kit, radio code card and radio removal tools, and original mufflers, springs, and radio unit.

The odometer displats just shy of 90k miles, with detailed service history going back to 2006. Top-end was done at 65k miles, brakes and clutch also done more recently. The most recent scheduled maintenance was an oil and belt change in April of 2020. The power steering rack was sent out for rebuild in 2020 and at the same time the front tie-rod ends were replaced and the front bushings upgraded to polyurethane.

The car is nicely upgraded with Koni FSD shocks and M033 springs, along with an Aerokit rear decklid/spoiler.

Clean Carfax, very clean car for the mileage, the paintmeter shows readings of 8-11mil around the car other than the sunroof at 4mil, which tells us that it's been repainted, although it appears to be a very high quality job as we do not see any immediate evidence such as tape lines, blend lines, or overspray. The consistent meter readings also indicate that there is no hidden body damage.

This 993 is a fantastic car for the weekend driver. Power convertible top, automatic transmission, and 20-years of documented service history. We just serviced it in preparation for sale in addition to installing new tires. It comes with two keys and fobs and extensive service history. This car is clean underneath as it's been in California for the last 20 years and Florida prior to that. Clean Carfax, non-smoker car.

This Guards Red over Beige 993 came to us from the second owner, who purchased it back in 1999. It is accompanied by all service records since new including a stamped maintenance booklet with the first dealer services. Included in the maintenance history is a top-end refresh and engine reseal in 2016 along with new Bilstein B6 shocks and HR lowering springs. We just also performed over $3k worth of service at Steinels Autowerks in preparation for sale. The car does have some prior paintwork and some clearcoat popping visible from close-up, but it is an accident free, clean Carfax car that is mechanically solid. The interior is very clean and the car is fundamentally stock. Notable options include the Motor Sound Package and Cup1 wheels.
